The service

Loamy provides AI-assisted gardening analysis. You describe a planter or garden bed, and we return a report covering plant compatibility, regional fit, container suitability, maintenance expectations, a personalised care card, and product recommendations.

Loamy provides general guidance, not professional horticultural advice. Our reports are generated by AI and are intended to be helpful starting points. Results will vary depending on your specific conditions, local climate, soil, and other factors.

Season pass

A Loamy season pass is valid for the calendar year purchased (January 1 – December 31). Each pass includes 6 planter analyses, care cards, mid-season check-ins, 12 replants, and product recommendations.

Unused analyses and replants do not roll over to the following season.

Payments and refunds

Season passes are billed as a one-time payment processed by Stripe.

Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no planter analyses have been generated. Once a report has been generated, the pass is non-refundable. To request a refund, email hello@loamsweetloam.com within the 14-day window.

Your content

The planter descriptions and information you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us permission to process them using our AI service to generate your reports. We do not use your planter data to train AI models or share it with other users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
  • Do not submit false information to manipulate report outputs
  • Do not share or resell access to your account

Availability

We aim to keep Loamy available year-round but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

Loamy is provided "as is." We are not liable for any gardening outcomes — plant loss, failed harvests, or other results — arising from following our reports. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current season pass.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
